Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ecom.mtbusiness7@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Due to the nature of this product (novelty/prank item), we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the item has been used. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs.

Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear on your statement once approved.
